Restaurants are only allowed to provide food for take-out.
Places of worship may operate outdoors only.
Live entertainment, including sports, may operate without audiences. “Bubbles” and strict testing protocols are encouraged.

When does the order end?
The order will remain in effect for three weeks from the date the order was put in place in each region. For Monterey, the order will remain until January 11 at the earliest. After the three weeks, the order will either be ended or extended based on a four-week projection of ICU beds. If the projection is greater than or equal to 15% capacity available, the order can be lifted.
